EACO wants to expand its response to the epidemic by strengthening the management of TB in the selected target districts through offering an integrated comprehensive TB Care, Prevention and support Services, management and treatment for effective and appropriate utilization of comprehensive TB support services. This project will increase access to and utilization of quality TB Prevention services, care and support services for OVC’s and PHA’s, PLWHAS Groups and all the risk vulnerable groups. This project also stimulates the creation of community demand for health services as one means of strengthening and improving services within health facilities and it’s a comprehensive, integrated approach to a multidimensional health program that ensures that communities ultimately access the services they need.
